親愛的會員，

UBCTA將在九月十一號星期一晚上六點，在SUB 212舉行本學年度的首次會議。
我們誠心地邀請您前來參加，並藉此機會認識今年的新幹部和了解本年主要活動的基本內容。
您也將得知如何加入助理行列，在Clubs Week 等活動中幫忙，進一步擴展人際關係。
UBCTA期待您的參與，希望能在星期一晚的會議中與您見面。

Dear Member,

You are invited to join UBCTA's first general meeting of the 2006-2007 school year.
The meeting will be held on Monday Sept. 11th at 6:00pm, in SUB 212.

This will be an ideal opportunity for you to know our new executive team, to obtain a general vision of some of the major events planned throughout the year, and to explore how you can get more involved in our club.

We are also looking for assistants who are willing to help during Clubs Week and other events coming up.

We welcome you to join us, and hope to see you on Monday.
