步驟: 交政見 ---> 面試 ---> 回答網路上大家對你的問題 ---> 選舉 ---> 開始你人生中最豐盛的一年!

政見: 寫好政見後交到 secretary@ubcta.com
政見截止日期: 三月十二號(星期天) 半夜11:59 ...(如有困難 可以商量)

面試: 只是讓五大稍微認識一下你是誰，還有政見裡你也陬L法完整表達的想法。大會約只會佔去你十五分鐘的時間。
面試時間: 你的政見裡會包括你的聯絡方式和有空時間，會有人通知你面試時間。
基本上是: 三月十三(星期一) ~ 三月十七(星期五)

網路問題: 面試後，你的政見會公布在TABBS(論壇)上面，讓會員有認識你何問你問題的機會，盡量抽空回應。
問答時間: 從面試完到選舉前都可

選舉: 一整天時間，會員都可投票，候選人不能在當天進入TA辦公室
選舉時間: 三月二十四 (星期五) 早上十點到晚上四點半 和 政見發表後
選舉地點: UBCTA辦公室
政見發表: 候選人要到場發表2-3分鐘的政見和2-3分鐘的回答問題，之後可以投票
政見發表時間: 三月二十四 (星期五) 晚上五點到七點
政見發表地點: Angus 104

這一年你要投入的時間:

  • 大約 每天都要查看BBS跟email
  • 一個月大概至少會有一個活動
  • 一個月大概至少會有一次 General Meeting
  • 一次 Department Meeting 跟一次 Project Meeting
  • 其他準備和社交時間不計

Platform: please sent platform to secretary@ubcta.com
Platform due date: March 12th (Sunday) 11:59pm... (if you need extension, please email us)

Interview: Just let the top five senior executives get to know you a bit, and talk about things you might not be able to go into details in the platform. It will just take around 15 min.
interview time: Your platform should include your contact information and your available time. Someone will contact you for interview time. It will likely be sometimes between March 13th (Monday) to March 17th (Friday).

Questions on BBS: after interview, your platform will be post on the public UBCTA BBS, so Ta members can get to know you and ask you some questions. Please reply as you see fit.
Answer time: anytime between after the interview till just before election.

Election: members can vote through out the day, and the candidates are not allowed to enter TA office on that day.
Voting Time: March 24th (Friday) from 10 o'clock in the morning until after platform presentation (4:30pm)
Voting Place: UBCTA office
Platform presentation: candidates are required to present their platforms within 2-3 minutes, and also answer the questions from the voters. After the presentation, they can vote.
Platform presentation time: March 24th (Friday) 5pm - 7pm
Platform presentation site: Angus 104

In the year while you are in your position, you need to spend time on:

  • checking BBS and Email almost everyday
  • at least one event per month
  • at least one general meeting per month
  • at least one department meeting and one project meeting
  • does not include the event preparation and socializing time
