President:

外務副會長: 外務部的主要工作是跑贊助商,為社團活動提供宣傳,與外界聯絡,以及協助會刊的製作。對於這五位即將誕生的優秀的組長,我對你們有一些期待。第一,我希望你們從五月到七月底至少有一個月在溫哥華,並且會主動花時間參與TA大部分的培訓與活動。第二,性格如果内向一點沒有關係(本人也是一個話不太多的人),我們什麽都可以教你,只需要一顆想要學習的心。第三,TA是一個大家庭,可是每一小部分都很重要。所以,團隊精神是必備的,並且要不畏懼發表自己的想法,與上與下都可以溝通。最後,在接下來的一年裏,我們竭誠地邀請你們加入我們,和TA一起學習,一起成長!
内務副會長: T.E.A.M = Together Everyone Achieve More
常言說得好: "只要有恆心,一定能完成。" 做任何事情,最重要的就是那份心。在TA這個大家庭裡,需要愛心和關懷來對待對方,當然,在辦活動時最需要的也是看到一個團體努力"用心"的去完成一場活動。其次,我也期待大家不要小看自己的能力,不要先設定侷限,認為自己可能會做得不夠好,不夠完美,導致中途放棄。人的能力是一個隱性的炸彈,只需要慢慢培養和發覺,就可以打造你未來的成就; 最後,我也希望大家能夠了解時間運用的重要性; "魚與熊掌不能兼得",所以需要事先計畫,才能將自己的能力發展到最大。
技術副會長:
今年技術部門在尋找有才華的美術部門幹部和有創新能力的資訊(電腦)部門幹部來協助推廣我們的活動。從創作活動海報到人手一張的會員卡,從定時的更新我們高流量的網站。在這些職務裡,有很多的學習機會!
我們在尋找有責任心、致力投入工作、有效率、能自我激發的人才! 如果你對學習抱有熱情而且你對美術設計,網路設計,網站管理,BBS管理有興趣,請來加入我們的團隊!
財務長: 對於財務方面,我期待所有的幹部能夠多花點心思在活動的開支,收入的多少對於一個活動的評價與成本有很大地關係。幹部要學習如何在有限的資金下舉辦一個生動的活動。
External Vice President:
The main duties of TA external department include finding sponsors, correspond with outside organizations, and the TA magazine publication. For external department, the expectations for TA new directors are listed below: First, from May to July, the new director should be able to stay in Vancouver for at least one month and be willing to participate in TA’s training and events. Second, shyness is not a problem as we will train you to overcome it. The most important requirement is your passion to learn. Third, TA is itself a family and every part of this family is critical. We value teamwork and encourage every director, senior or general, to express his or her ideas. Last, I welcome you to join us and work with us for TA.
Internal Vice President: T.E.A.M = Together Everyone Achieve More
"If you don’t give up, nothing is impossible." Whatever you are doing, what is most important is your passion and enthusiasm. Within our big TA family, we need to treat others with love and kindness. Of course, it takes teamwork to organize an event. Secondly, we believe in our abilities and keep challenging limits instead of putting a limit on ourself and presuming that we won’t be good enough to succeed. Your capability is like a dormant bomb; if you take time to find and develop your capability, you are likely to succeed in the future. Lastly, I want everybody to understand the importance of time management. Within a limited time period, we are not able to achieve everything. Only when you have a plan about your future can you expand your ability to the fullest extent.
Technical Vice President: This year, the technical department is looking for talented graphic artists and innovative computer directors to help promote our events, from creating posters to membership cards, maintaining and regularly updating our high-traffic website! There is a lot to be learned in these positions!
We are looking for people who are responsible, dedicated, efficient, self-motivated! If you have the passion to learn and are interested in graphic or web designing, maintaining websites and forums, please send your platforms to us today!
Treasurer: My expectation for directors as a treasurer is that I hope each director can put more thought on the event budget. The amount of expenditure and overall surplus determine the success of an event. The directors should also know how to organize a fun and attractive event with the least cost possible.
