Please read the following important details regarding Ski Trip:

*Transportation time: approx. 5 hours

1. The pick up location will be at UBC 16th Ave and Westbrook.

2. The early bus will leave at 12:30pm sharp.
Please come at 11:50am to ensure on time schedule.

3. For people going on the late bus: please ensure to come before 6:50pm.
The bus leaves at 7:30pm sharp and will not wait for late participants.

4. Ski Pass, rentals and other details will be given out on the bus.

5. Unfortunately, there will be no kitchenette available at either Delta or Cahilty Lodge (This has been changed. There was a miscommunication earlier. Sorry for any inconveniences.)

6. Pool and hot tub are available on both hotels. So, you can bring your swimsuits as well.

7. There will be convenience stores on the mountain.

9. Tube park and other facilities are available at participants own expenses.

10. The return buses will leave at 5:30pm. You don't want to miss it!
