小明和小英分別是溫哥華有名的夜店王子和公主，在過去幾年中參加了無數的夜店活動，在酒精的麻痺和音樂的刺激下，人來人往的夜店生活漸漸地讓這兩人對夜生活失去了興趣。直到半年前在某個大學社團舉辦的夜店夜中見到了幾位隨著熱歌而勁舞的社團舞者後，才重新拾起了信心。如今他們決定砸下重金，廣邀大溫地區的舞林高手，於2005年11月10日在downtown的Sonar夜店齊聚ㄧ堂，希望這些高手能一展舞藝比畫比畫，看看誰是2005年度的夜店舞林盟主。
